This has to be one of my favourite viewpoints in the Burren. With the lone tree in far distance it gives a scale of what it can be really like in the Burren. A vast expanse of rocks. Desolation? You would easily be fooled as from sprint, it is teaming with life and spring flowers in bloom, not to mention beautiful orchids!
We have been blessed this month. After quite a disappointing summer, the light is finally doing wonderful things to the landscape. One of many twilights I got up for was, as you can see, quite marvelous.
