I love a good mist in July! We don't get it very often, it's usually around spring and autumn as the ground is quite warm in summer, not this year though! On these days it's often the case of choosing between woodland to make lovely atmospheric shots, or rise up from the ground onto the hills with some hope it will be spread enough to cover much of the ground down below.
It wasn't the case here though from where I stood, although there was still some in the far distance and the sun rose behind it, avoiding too much glare and flare. A bunch of wild flowers in the foreground, some lovely golden light all around, perfect!
